Returns & Exchange

  • We have a strict no cancellation policy and orders once placed and confirmed will not be cancelled. 
  • Each garment is custom made to order and we do not accept any exchange or return requests. 
  • In case of any sizing or alteration issues with your order, other than the orders placed during any sale, you can reach out to us through email on info@kabiri.com or WhatsApp us on +971 526801069 within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. Our team will assist you with the alteration process. 
  • In the event any alteration/sizing issue is raised by you, you must send the order back to us no later than 7 days from the date of the issue being raised. The cost of sending the courier back to us shall be borne by you. Redelivery is taken care by us. 
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you should email us on info@kabiri.com a photo of the damaged product along with a detailed video highlighting the damage with the product code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
